What to Expect

Remember, we're in this for the long-haul, not the quick fix.  Long-haul mentality means a slow a sustainable approach.  All programs require a minimum 3-month commitment and start with reviewing goals and adjusting habits.  We focus on the WFC Top 4--hydration, sleep, eats, and movement, as well as getting to know each other.  This can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. 

Personalized programming will be delivered to you weekly through the QuickCoach app.  QuickCoach can easily be accessed on any device.

All options include access to the WanderFit Coaching Community on WhatsApp and Facebook, including the private groups exclusively for the WanderFit Coaching Clients. 

PLUS direct communication via calls/text with your coach (thaaaat's me!)

At the end of the first month, you will have the option to make adjustments to your program selection before we really get to work.

Each 3-month period is broken down into two 6-week micro-cycles.  Each of these micro-cycles will have intentions created by YOU to focus on for a minimum of 6 weeks. Fitness checkpoints and journey photos are taken at the end of each 6-week microcycle to see how we're doing and what adjustments can be made.

How are training sessions delivered?

Live, virtual, or printed.  Live can be at the gym, yours, or mine (as long as we're in the same place 🤪.  Virtual can be real-time or video feedback.

USD is EXPSPENSIVE.  I want to work with you, but can't afford that.  Do you offer discounts?

Yes!  When we do our Check-In Chat, we'll discuss your country location.  Prices will be adjusted based on current cost-of-living for your location at the time of applying.  Also there are additional discounts available for students (secondary and University), teachers (my people), and seniors 60+.
